VPCs may be used to manage multiple isolated networks on the account due to the compliance, isolation reasons.
We can define our own IP range.
You can assign IP addresses, both IPv4 and IPv6, to your VPCs and subnets. You can bring your own public IPs.
Each VPC has a default security group.
